With stricter COVID regulations, Netflix can be a welcome distraction to keep you occupied whilst you’re stuck inside. Can’t decide what to watch? We’ve put together a list of some of our favourites — these are a must-watch!
1. INVENTING ANNA

Based on a true story. A journalist with a lot to prove investigates the case of Anna Delvey, a Russian born-German who defrauded New York’s one percent by pretending to be a German heiress. She stole the hearts of New York’s social scene — and stole their money as well. Starring Julia Garner as Anna, the Netflix original follows a journalist (Anna Chlumsky) as she tracks down the Soho scammer in jail to tell her story.

2. VIKINGS: VALHALLA

In this sequel to the original Vikings series, a hundred years have passed and a new generation of legendary heroes arises to fight for survival and glory as tensions between the Vikings and the English royals reach a bloody breaking point. Centered on the adventures of Leif Erikson, Freydis, Harald Hardrada, and the Norman King William the Conqueror.

3. THE WOMAN IN THE HOUSE ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE GIRL IN THE WINDOW

4. THE TINDER SWINDLER

The new Netflix documentary tells the story of a notorious conman who allegedly used the Tinder dating app to live a life of luxury while defrauding women across Europe. Simon Leviev. Born Shimon Hayut, the Russian-Israeli citizen claimed to be the son of Israeli diamond mogul Lev Leviev on the dating app to defraud women of huge sums of money.

5. MURDERVILLE: SEASON 1

Eccentric detective Terry Seattle teams up with clueless celebrity guest stars to investigate a series of murders in this improvisational crime comedy. Celebrity guests include Annie Murphy, Conan O’Brien, Ken Jeong, Kumail Nanjiani, Marshawn Lynch and Sharon Stone.
