F45

You’ve no doubt heard of this global phenomenon, a fitness community which specializes in innovative, high-intensity group workouts that are fast, fun and results-driven. The F stands for functional training – a mix between circuit and HIIT style workouts which are geared towards everyday movement, and the 45, well you guessed it, it’s the length of the workout (seems doable right?), and the total time you spend sweating!
Fun Fact: Mark Walhberg has invested in F45. If that’s not enough to get you to try it out then we give up!
Various Locations including Sai Ying Pun, Sheung Wan, Central, Wan Chai, Causeway Bay, Quarry Bay, Wong Chuk Hang and Kwun Tong

LightsOut

Combat your stress inside the “Lights Out” boxing studio. An intense 50 minutes of upbeat tunes, boxing, and a total body weights work-out. It’s just you, your gloves and a pretty non-stop workout. It’s also a great way to test your coordination – but don’t worry, like we said the lights are out!

Bounce Limit

Who’d have thought a mini-trampoline could provide such amazing results! Bounce Limit is pushing the boundaries with fitness classes and bringing something new and exciting to the table. Depending on the class you choose, you can expect to perform the usual exercises you might be used to in gym classes, with the added twist of performing them on the rebounder. Your joints won’t feel the impact, and your muscles will work overtime to keep stability – win win!
Location: 13/F, The Pemberton, 22-26 Bonham Strand, Sheung Wan
