2. KALO MAKE ART
Calligraphy & Watercolour Workshops

Kalo specialises in western dip pen calligraphy and she’s been teaching and sharing her passion in the arts and calligraphy since 2014. She offers three types of workshops: Dip Pen, Brush Pen, and Watercolour. There are 2 levels for the workshops: Beginner welcomes anyone without experience, and Improver welcomes students who wish to fine-tune their calligraphy skills.

Set up in 2017 by two sisters both with a passion to make & do! Becky has extensive experience in the textiles and fashion industry with Lucy bringing her expertise of crafts and embroidery. They offer craft workshops and online tutorials, organise creative meetups, design events, and provide inspiration for designer-makers. They’re building a strong creative community, bringing together like-minded individuals and inspiring fellow designers to make & do!

5. OBELLERY
Jewellery Workshops

This course is for those who have yet to experience the joys of jewellery making and would like to give learning these new skills a try. The tutor will teach in a group or as individuals to provide guidance and technical support throughout the process. You will learn the basic silversmithing skills such as piercing, filing, annealing, soldering, basic hammering, texturing, polishing, and twisting. There are three levels to choose from, each with a unique set of designs templates that focuses on a different aspect of the craft.
