4. TRATTORIA KAGAWA BY MIHARA
Celebrated Chef Terufumi Mihara launches a new venture in Wan Chai. This “wa-modern” Italian-Japanese Teppanyaki concept showcases culinary delights and fresh produce from Chef Mihara’s home prefecture of which more than 80% of the ingredients used are from from Kagawa. To which he fuses with traditional trattoria fare. The menu includes a range of teppanyaki, pasta, risotto and more.

5. ORO & TOP TOWN
ORO, a Manhattan-Italian restaurant, and American seafood rooftop bar TOP TOWN. Both launched by Italy native Gian Franco Razzani, ORO and TOP TOWN boast spectacular harbour vistas.
