1. SMILE AT THE FLOWER SERMON
Yue Minjun

Tang Contemporary Art presents Smile at the Flower Sermon. A solo exhibition featuring works by the contemporary Chinese artist, Yue Minjun. The exhibition presents Yue Minjun’s iconic Laughter series and featured the new Flowerseries since the pandemic, with about 20 splendid works. This exhibition represents the remarkable return of Yue Minjun after a 10-year hiatus and is also his first collaboration with Tang Contemporary Art.

2. “フーダニット”(WHODUNNIT)
Jean Jullien

AISHONANZUKA presents to you “フーダニット”(WHODUNNIT), an exhibition of new works by French artist Jean Jullien. The exhibition marks Jullien’s first solo exhibition in AISHONANZUKA gallery Hong Kong. This exhibition features approximately 14 new paintings on canvas. From the calm and beautiful sea of his hometown of Brittany, people who enjoy the sea and nature, picturesque landscapes casually observed from the garden, and children’s toys, each and every one of Jullien’s works are depicted beautiful scenes that remind us of the splendors of daily life.

3. NOT EVERYTHING IS ABOUT YOU
Trevor Yeung

Blindspot Gallery presents Not everything is about you, Trevor Yeung’s third solo exhibition at the gallery. Continuing with his practice of personifying botanic ecology and inanimate objects to articulate human emotion and relationships, he examines the way we maneuver through our social habitat, delving into the complexities and unspoken rules defining the way we interact.

4. I KNOW WHAT YOU DID LAST SUMMER
Hyangmok Baik

This is the artist’s second solo show with the gallery and his presentation in Hong Kong. This exhibition continues the utopian narrative Baik has been exploring since the start of the pandemic, and the subject of his Los Angeles show, The Garden of Eden (2021). For the works in I Know What You Did Last Summer, Baik delves deeper into ideologies around the pursuit of pleasures and happiness in pre-pandemic era, with a fresh, contemporary and invigorated purview.

5. FRAGMENTS OF TIME
Jeannie Wong Ho Ching

Fragments of Time, the latest exhibition by Hong Kong printmaker Jeannie Wong Ho Ching. Ho Ching Jeannie Wong is a Hong Kong based artist. Born and raised in Hong Kong, she graduated from the Hong Kong Baptist University- Visual Arts Academy in 2017 and later worked at her alma mater as a print technician. She received her MA in print at the Royal College of Art, London, in 2021. Jeannie has participated in various group shows in Hong Kong, London, Bremen and Japan. She held her first solo exhibition in 2019 at the Hong Kong Open Print Shop.
