Neighbourhood Guide to SYP

Nest Property

With plenty of bars, restaurants, quaint local shops and traditional low rise apartments, Sai Ying Pun is a favourite with many when choosing where to live. Since the addition of its very own MTR Station, SYP has become an ever more popular choice. Check out the trendy hood for yourself!

Winston’s Coffee

A go-to spot that has become one of Hong Kong’s favourite coffee shops. And as day turns to night, the music turns up a notch, the lights dim and the craft beer and wine starts to flow. A must try at Winston’s is their famous Espresso Martini!

Potato Head

You’ve no doubt been to the famed beach club in Bali but this HK spin-off is definitely worth a visit. Whether it’s the hipster bar with unique cocktails that takes your fancy, the Indonesian restaurant offering authentic Balinese cuisine, or the not-so-hidden music room for some post dinner tunes.

La Paloma

A vibrant tapas bar specializing in authentic Spanish cuisine. Feast on their signature paellas (unlimited at weekend brunches), el asador meats, along with daily specials and tapas plates perfect for sharing. NOC Roastery

An acronym for ‘not only coffee’ and they’re not wrong. This spacious and airy coffee shop is filled with natural light thanks to the large floor to ceiling windows. For gin lovers, Ping Pong boasts one of the most comprehensive lists of gins so you’re guaranteed to find the right one for your tastebuds.
