Chinese executive chef Li Chi-wai skilfully prepares two exquisite varieties. The Steamed Sweet Rice Dumpling with Chestnut features a delectable blend of ingredients like abalone, pork, lotus seed, and dried scallops, while the Steamed Rice Dumpling with Abalone, Pork, and Mushroom presents a flavourful combination of “Eight Treasures” including South African abalone, pork belly, and chestnut. Each dumpling is meticulously wrapped in bamboo leaves and slow-boiled for seven hours to perfection.
