Located in Kowloon City’s “Little Thailand,” Thonglor captures authentic Bangkok street food essence. Chef Henry Pattanin Leung, a Thai native trained in Hong Kong’s premier Thai kitchens, specializes in nostalgic favorites including Wagyu Beef Boat Noodles and Crab Omelette. Unlike many local Thai establishments, Thonglor maintains authentic spice levels and flavors, serving uncompromising dishes like Tom Yum Soup Noodles and Northern Thai-style Grilled Wagyu Beef. 04. The Lasagna Factory

The newly opened Lasagna Factory by Hidden Gem Restaurants (creators of Flat Iron and Picanhas) offers substantial Italian comfort cuisine rooted in generational family traditions. After successful venues in Tai Hang, Kwun Tong, and BaseHall, Nocino launches its fourth Hong Kong location on Hollywood Road, featuring Ticino’s rustic “Grotto-style” cuisine. Chef Matthew Ziemski draws upon his Swiss heritage to create Alpine-inspired dishes including deep-fried Malakoff cheese fondue, Ossobuco Milanese, and house-made pastas.
