Hong Kong’s café scene is blossoming, with unique spots popping up across the city. From pet-friendly hangouts to artisanal coffee shops, we’ve curated the best new cafés to explore this month.
01. Common Man Coffee Roasters

Singapore’s beloved Common Man Coffee Roasters (CMCR) has arrived in Hong Kong, featuring a stunning green marble barista bar where coffee craftsmanship takes center stage. Offering specialty blends from their Singapore roastery and multiple brewing methods, CMCR serves more than just exceptional coffee – their all-day menu includes Hong Kong exclusives like King Prawn Laksa Mac and Cheese and Salted Egg Yolk Cruffin.

Nestled in historic Tai Kwun, Tozzo has transformed the former Between Coffee space into a delightful fusion of Italian and Japanese flavours. Led by pastry chef Fabio Bardi, the café specialises in Maritozzo — a cream-filled Italian pastry — alongside artisanal gelato and specialty coffee. Chef Agustin Balbi adds his touch with Italian-Japanese savoury creations.
