01. Alibi – Wine Dine Be Social
Mong Kok’s beloved Alibi is turning up the summer heat with its Whispering Bubbles Nightfall Party promotion, running daily from 5pm until the end of August. Snack platters, bottle options sized for any group and $128 cocktails set the scene, while Friday and Saturday nights bring live DJ sets from 8:45pm to keep the energy going well into the weekend. Party sets are available from $1,088 for those going all in.

02. The Pavilion
Tucked away on Lantau Island, The Pavilion at The Silveri MGallery has teamed up with The World’s Best Female Chef 2025, Michelin-starred Chef Pichaya ‘Pam’ Soontornyanakij, for a cocktail and bite pairing menu that is well worth the trip. Highlights include The Botanist’s Waltz paired with Tender Temptation Wings, and Midnight Fizz Society alongside Sun-Kissed Crab. Solo and Duo sets are available with discounts of 10% and 15% respectively, with cocktails priced at $158 and bites ranging from $98 to $268.

03. TAKE 5
H Queen’s has a compelling new evening destination in TAKE 5, a live music bar and cocktail lounge nestled within new restaurant AVALON. Led by acclaimed mixologist Sandeep Kumar, the bar’s jazz-inspired cocktail menu features five signatures at $110 each, while a thoughtfully curated music programme — overseen by jazz guitarist Skip Moy — brings rotating performances from vocalists, singer-songwriters and guest artists. Elevated bar bites from Culinary Director Jarrod Verbiak round out the experience.

04. Avoca
Mondrian Hong Kong’s flagship cocktail bar Avoca is celebrating summer with three seasonal drinks that pay heartfelt tribute to city life. Head Bartender Rolf Flaminiano draws on quintessentially Hong Kong experiences — the caffeine-fuelled pace of the city, a lazy Sunday ferry crossing and childhood memories of Yakult — to craft Espresso Your Cherry, Mandarin Spritz and Yik Lik Dor respectively. Available throughout July and August on the 38th floor of Mondrian with sweeping Tsim Sha Tsui views to match.
