New Bars and Drink Menus to Try in Hong Kong

Nest Property

Hong Kong’s bar scene is easing into 2026 with creative cocktail menus and standout mocktails. From rooftop lounges to neighbourhood favourites, these refreshed drink lists keep nights exciting — even during Dry January.

01. The Pontiac

This high-energy dive bar collaborates with CROSSIP to transform three classic cocktails into alcohol-free versions for Dry January celebrations. The standout Hobnail becomes available without alcohol for the first time in ten years while maintaining its signature rich ginger kick. Additional reinvented drinks include the vibrant, fruity CROSSIP Crimes and CROSSIP Lavender Menace, proving punchy flavors transcend alcoholic content.

02. Thonglor

The beloved Thai restaurant expands with a larger adjacent space in Kowloon City, positioning itself as the neighborhood’s latest late-night destination. The enhanced bar program introduces new cocktails like refreshing Lemongrass Collins and sweet Mango Sticky Rice alongside alcohol-free options including fruity Lychee Watermelon Slushie. Bar snacks complement the expanded beverage menu for complete evening experiences.

03. ORCHARD Cocktail Bar

Hong Kong’s first fruit liquor bar continues its festive season momentum with new fruity cocktail creations available into the new year. The Floral Fusion showcases Peach Baijiu as its foundation, while Zesty Zing uniquely combines carrot with mezcal for distinctive earthy flavor profiles. As expected from this specialized establishment, amazing cocktails remain the guaranteed experience.
