Easter weekend 2026 brings Hong Kong’s finest culinary celebrations featuring chocolate-centric afternoon teas, skyline dining specials, lavish carving-station brunches, and festive baked creations. From harbour-view indulgences to family-friendly DIY kits, these holiday offerings balance sophisticated refinement with playful traditions.

01. Aqua’s Easter À La Carte Menu

This Italian-Japanese restaurant presents five special Easter dishes combining skyline views with ingredient-driven cross-regional cuisine. Highlights include crabmeat with tamago tobiko monaka, red prawn carpaccio with Caesar emulsion and caviar, pappardelle lamb ragù, and chilli teriyaki lamb with yuzu. The finale features a chocolate-crusted Easter egg revealing soft milk and vanilla cream over pistachio crumble.

02. The Baker & The Bottleman’s Hot Cross Doughnuts

This bakery-bistro reimagines tradition with sourdough hot cross doughnuts filled with spiced cream and decorated with piped icing, available individually or in sets of four or six. Upstairs dining offers a plated dessert version served with salted caramel and vanilla ice cream for elevated enjoyment. DIY Easter shortbread cookie kits provide tableside decoration fun or home delivery options through their e-shop.

03. Café 103’s Valrhona Chocolate Affair Afternoon Tea

The Ritz-Carlton’s executive pastry chef Ngan Kin Pong collaborates with Valrhona APAC pastry chef Guillaume Lopvet on a four-hands chocolate-focused menu featuring single-origin couvertures. Savory bites include Comté crackers with fennel and cocoa-kissed truffle tartlets, followed by entremets showcasing matcha, yuzu, passion fruit, and various percentage Valrhona chocolates. Guests receive a complimentary box of four Valrhona bonbons.

04. Whisk’s Easter Sunday Brunch

The meal begins with cured meats, cheeses, and luxe seafood featuring sake abalone and ponzu yellowfin, followed by silky lobster thermidor omelette. Three desserts conclude the experience alongside free-flow cocktails and bubbles.
