01. ROUCOU

ROUCOU, Hong Kong’s first cheese omakase restaurant, launches in mid-April under Jeremy Evrard, the former cheese master from three-Michelin-starred Caprice. This intimate eight-seat venue blends Japanese and French cuisines, showcasing cheese through innovative preparations — from grilled and melted to baked, grated, and sliced — promising a playful and sophisticated culinary experience.

02. Pintxos by BÀRBAR

Pintxos, the latest Spanish restaurant by Epicurean Group, is set to debut in early-April as the company’s fourth Spanish dining concept in Hong Kong. Led by 25-year-old Head Chef Xavier Pla, the restaurant introduces an innovative approach to traditional Spanish cuisine, specialising in creative small bites typically served on crusty baguettes. Joining the group’s existing venues like BÀRBAR in Wan Chai, Pica Pica in Sheung Wan, and AIRE in Causeway Bay, Pintxos promises to expand the local Spanish dining scene with its distinctive culinary offerings.

03. Lala

Chef Franckelie Laloum brings his Michelin-starred restaurant experience to Lyndhurst Terrace with a new French bistro that reimagines fine dining through a relaxed lens. Completely renovated to enhance its European charm, the restaurant transforms the prime location into an inviting space where sophisticated culinary craftsmanship meets casual elegance.

04. ALWAYS JOY
