Percy’s a la carte brunch menu, features starters from the raw bar, mains such as Percy’s signature burger, braised short ribs and seafood quiche, as well as a selection of sides and desserts. Their incredible free-flow package includes Tamarind Margaritas, Prosecco, Aperol Spritz and Percy’s famous Ruby Snapper (a tasty Bloody Mary) which can be customised with garnishes of lobster, king prawn and razor clams.
