1. RADICALCHIC

 

RADICALCHIC draws upon the evolution of Italian fine dining over the past 10 years to present a new culinary experience fusing innovation, artistic finesse, and awe-inspiring gastronomy. Located sky-high on the 101st floor of the International Commerce Centre in West Kowloon, RadicalChic boasts sweeping city and harbour views to enjoy alongside a creative Italian degustation menu by Executive Chef Andrea Tarini. Native Italian Chef Tarini uses the might of his homeland’s finest meats, seafood and seasonal produce to craft a cuisine and upscale dining experience quite unlike any other – bringing a refined and radical new take on Italian fare in Hong Kong.

2. G ROOM BAR & LOUNGE

 

An elegant Western-Asian tapas bar and lounge that is respectful of traditions but not bound by it; featuring an exquisite list of iconic Asian dishes with a Malaysian and Japanese touch, served with a delicate Spanish twist in a sharing tapas’ style. An upscale yet unpretentious environment with an immersive surround curved LED screen that transports guests from reality through time and space instantly. This is a place where friends and families can gather for a delectable tasting menu and afternoon tea during the day or a casual drink and tapas with live music during night time.

3. YOKAI

 

Skewers, sake and sashimi are the three S’s behind newly opened Yokai. The Japanese manga-inspired restaurant gets its namesake from Shigeru Mizuki’s “Yokai Picture Book”. The specialities here range from kushiyaki skewers grilled over charcoal, to tuna donburi all prepared by Kyushu-based chef Okuma Hirofumi.

4. MOXIE

 

Moxie, Shane Osborn’s Much-Anticipated Third Restaurant, Is Now Open In Landmark. The third addition to his The Arcane Collective. Moxie is all about ingredient-focused, unpretentious plates that are socially and environmentally aware, a fresh approach to conscious dining. Led by Head Chef and Arcane veteran Michael Smith.
